Seul 7 - Dongdaemun Design Plaza

Es una joya arquitectónica en el centro de Seul, diseñado por Zada Hadid Architects: "La Arquitectura permitirá a la gente imaginar lo que no podría haber imaginado antes" . Fue inaugurado el 21/03/2014. Se ubica en el terreno que ocupaba el estadio Dongdaemun de fútbol, atletismo y béisbol, demolido en 2007 y en la zona de la muralla de la fortaleza de Seul. Se utilizó modelación en 3D para construir la cubierta con mas de 45000 paneles de aluminio de diferentes tamaños y grados de curvatura. Muchos de estos paneles están pixelados y perforados, emitiendo luces LED que constituyen un espectáculo en la noche de Seul. En su interior se celebra la Semana de la Moda y otros actos promocionales. Allí se ubica el Museo del Diseño, tiendas chic y modernos restaurantes. Similar a un platillo volante recién aterrizado, su techo es vegetal y lo integra en el paisaje dentro de la bulliciosa zona comercial de Seul. 

It is an architectural gem in downtown Seoul, designed by Zada Hadid Architects: "Architecture should allow people to imagine what they could not have imagined before". It was inaugurated on 03/21/2014. It is located on the land occupied by the Dongdaemun stadium of football, athletics and baseball, demolished in 2007 and in the area of the wall of the Seoul fortress. 3D modeling was used to build the roof with more than 45,000 aluminum panels of different sizes and degrees of curvature. Many of these panels are pixelated and perforated, emitting LED lights that constitute a spectacle in the night of Seoul. Inside, Fashion Week and other promotional events are celebrated. There is located the Museum of Design, chic shops and modern restaurants. Similar to a recently landed flying saucer, its roof is vegetal and integrates it into the landscape within the bustling commercial zone of Seoul.

Zada Hadid Architects 가 설계 한 서울 도심의 건축 보석 : "건축술은 사람들이 전에 상상할 수 없었던 것을 상상할 수있게합니다". 2014 년 3 월 21 일에 취임했습니다. 동대문구 풋볼, 운동 경기, 야구 경기장이있는 토지에 위치하고 있으며, 2007 년에 철거되었으며 서울 요새 벽면에 설치되었습니다. 3D 모델링은 다양한 크기와 곡률의 45,000 개 이상의 알루미늄 패널로 지붕을 만드는 데 사용되었습니다. 이 패널 중 상당수는 픽셀 화되어 있으며 구멍이 뚫려있어 서울의 밤에 스펙터클을 구성하는 LED 조명을 방출합니다. 인사이드, 패션 위크 및 기타 프로모션 행사가 열립니다. 디자인 박물관, 세련된 상점 및 현대적인 레스토랑이 있습니다. 새로 도착한 비행 접시와 마찬가지로 그 지붕은 식물성이며 서울의 번화 한 상업 지역 내 풍경에 통합되어 있습니다.
